I reported it, but no one came to fix it, leading to frustration. I found the early check-in fee of $50 quite steep. Small amenities like extra pillows could be added to improve comfort. A more frequent housekeeping service could enhance the experience. the pleasant views and cozy environment made it feel like a home away from home, but there were noticeable areas that need attention.

Consider using the free tram service to explore the CBD, as it's conveniently located near the hotel and offers a unique view of the area.

We enjoyed the proximity to local attractions, as it was just a short walk to places like Docklands Stadium and the Melbourne Star Observation Wheel. housekeeping overlooked making the bed, which was a surprise, and the living room TV wasn't working, but the bedroom one was perfectly fine. Despite these minor issues, the convenience of the facilities made our trip enjoyable.

The location for our function at the stadium was perfect, making it easy to access. I enjoyed the lovely sea view from my apartment, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and accommodating during my stay, ensuring my needs were met.

check-in was a bit messy, took way longer than expected and the room felt kinda cramped. also, a lil more cleaning wouldnt hurt, just saw some dust in corners.

Clean rooms and friendly staff! The hotel is super close to the tram, easy access everywhere! Great amenities too (like the gym and pool). Plus, the location is ideal with lovely harbour views.
